Statement in support of a legally binding treaty on business and human rights
Christian Aid and its partners have long supported sustainable businesses to improve lives and livelihoods. But for many communities we work with, business activity is increasingly a threat to human rights, including the right to a clean, healthy and sustainable environment.
This statement signed by individuals and organisations is a call to action towards the 11th session of the Intergovernmental Working Group on transnational corporations and other business enterprises with respect to human rights .
