About Christian Aid

Christian Aid is the official relief, development and advocacy agency of 41 sponsoring churches – all members of Churches Together in Britain and Ireland – and a founding member of the Disasters Emergency Committee. 

Christian Aid works alongside local partners and with people of all faiths and beliefs, to provide humanitarian relief and long-term development support to marginalised communities worldwide, while highlighting suffering, tackling injustice and championing people’s rights.
