Christian Aid Week 2018: Celebrating successes in Cambridgeshire

A taste of Cambridgeshire’s Christian Aid Week

What a wealth of enjoyment on offer this year!

There was a Solidarity Sleepout on the 11th May 2018, followed by a well-deserved Big Brekkie at Holy Trinity Haddenham on the 12th May, which raised £250.

Cream tea, musical tea and a volunteer's Diamond Award

St Mary’s Sawston held a dance with cream tea on Saturday 12th May. On the Sunday, St Mary’s Godmanchester started off the week with a rousing Songs of Praise.

A musical tea in Brampton was much enjoyed on 20th May.

Dr Pamela Cressey, Chair of the Cambridge Christian Aid Group, celebrated 60 years of volunteer work. Dr Rowan Williams presented her with her Diamond Award.

Congratulations Pamela, and thank you for your dedication!
