Free Will Service

Through our partners you can make your Will at no charge.

Making your Will is easier than you may think

Leaving a gift in your Will, large or small, is one of the biggest differences you can make to create a world where everyone can live a full life, free from poverty.

Cost or convenience should never be a barrier to having a professionally written Will.

Through Christian Aid's partners, you can make or update your Will easily and at no charge. Christian Aid receives a special rate and will cover the cost for you to have a simple Will written.

We hope you will also consider including a gift to support our work - although there is no obligation to do so. There are two options:

With a local solicitor

If you would like to make your Will with a local solicitor, the first step is to complete this form with your details. We will pass on your request to our partners, the National Free Wills Network. They will send you further information and contact details for you to make an appointment with a participating solicitor local to you. This service runs across the UK.

Under current government restrictions, solicitors drawing up Wills are classed as key workers, so appointments can be undertaken through video chats or phone calls. Solicitors with the appropriate office space can still offer properly distanced 'in person' appointments.
