Stand with Palestinians and Israelis

Call for a lasting peace

Email the Prime Minister

Over the last 11 days violence in Israel and the occupied Palestinian territory has spiralled out of control, with many innocent people dead, wounded or simply exhausted with fear.

Palestinians have been hit disproportionately by the violence. In Gaza alone, as of 17 May, almost 200 people have been killed including 58 children, according to the health ministry. But suffering exists on both sides. In Israel, 10 people have been killed, including one child.

As a ceasefire is declared, ecumenical church leaders from around the globe have called on the United Nations: 'to act immediately to address the continuing underlying causes of injustice that will otherwise remain a constant threat to peace in Israel and the [occupied Palestinian territory]'.

Join with us in calling on the UK Government to support efforts for a lasting peace.
