Join us for Prayers for Peace in the Middle East. Each month we take time to hear from partners and friends of Christian Aid and pray for a just peace in Israel and the occupied Palestinian territory.
Prayers for Peace in the Middle East has now paused for 2024, but we look forward to seeing you on the 24 of January 2025.
In January we will welcome Katherine Fitzsimons from the Ecumenical Accompaniment Programme in Palestine and Israel (EAPPI). Katherine has recently returned from the region and will share her experiences with us.
With a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas welcomed, sustainable peace is not possible until the illegal occupation of Gaza, and the West Bank – including East Jerusalem – is ended and Palestinians and Israelis are treated as equals. World leaders need to immediately support a locally led reconstruction plan for Gaza to provide hope for the future. Read more.
