Join Simon Macaulay, MD of Anglo as he unpacks 17 lessons from his years leading, more than doubling turnover and finding meaning too. Simon bought the business in 1998. The company then employed around 30 people in Lancashire and turned over around £1.5m. In his first year he made £17,000 profit. Last year Anglo Technical Textiles turned over £3.4m and made a profit of around £200,000. Simon has transformed a traditional textile company into a pioneering brand that blends values, business acumen, staff care and bold leadership to deliver a successful growing organisation. As Simon reflects on running Anglo he will explore 17 lessons that have impacted, informed and empowered his leadership and life. This will be an evening not to be missed as Simon tells stories and shares his experience.
