The Inverness Half Marathon begins on the banks of the River Ness at Bught Park, winding through the city streets past Inverness Castle, out along quiet rural roads through Torbreck and Dores, before the finish line inside Queen's Park Stadium at Inverness Sports Centre.

Charity runners will be spurred on by the famous Highland hospitality, with cheering crowds and warm local welcomes lining the course all the way to the finish.

How to register on the Run for Charity website

  1. Choose the option register now. (The distance and charity will be auto populated.)
  2. Provide your information, including essential contact details.
  3. Enter in your race details e.g., your estimated finish time, what shirt size you require.
  4. Confirm the terms of conditions and submit.
