Carols with Christian Aid

St Ambrose Church
7 Stretford Ave
United Kingdom

Join us for a wonderful evening of Christmas Carols in support of Christian Aid, just right to get you into the festive mood!

With congregational singing, and a special guest speaker Callum Humphries (Christian Aid’s Regional Coordinator for Bristol and Somerset), we invite you to beautiful St Ambrose Church for a moment of peace this busy Christmas season.

This Christmas, Christian Aid is asking you to be a peacemaker both in your local community and on the global stage. Peace can be hard to find as shopping centres fill to bursting point, difficult decisions are made around who will be hosting the Christmas meal, and time runs out for you to get it all ready in time!

Peace is harder to find in many other places around our world. If current trends persist, by 2030 more than half the world’s poorest people will be living in countries affected by high levels of violence. Peace is broken every day. But it is also built every day through the tireless work of peacemakers across the world. We’re raising money this Christmas to help frontline peacemakers in places of violence and conflict.

Join our community in Bristol and make a stand for peace this Christmas: in finding some peace for yourself singing well-loved carols, help bring peace to others with Christian Aid.

This event is free, and a retiring collection will be held in aid of Christian Aid’s work.
