What is the 'Bag a Ben' challenge?
We're blessed in Scotland to have scenic hills, spectacular mountains and interesting wildlife.
The challenge is to climb any hill called ‘ben’. Rally some friends and family and head out to enjoy a day in the hills. You don't have to be a seasoned hill walker. Not all bens are huge mountains, some are modest wee hills which take only a couple of hours to climb.
Please note, this is a DIY challenge, not an organised event. Christian Aid is here to support you with fundraising resources and top tips for walking. All walkers should assess their own health and fitness.
