Why act now?
We are facing a global climate emergency. The time is now to come together and demand action from politicians.
For our global neighbours, climate change is a matter of life and death. It’s the world’s poorest communities who are the least responsible for causing the climate emergency – and yet frequently suffer the worst of its impacts.
The time is now to take action. On 26 June, we’ll come together in London’s Westminster to celebrate our faith, lobby our political representatives, and raise our voices for climate justice. Will you join us?
From schools strikes and mass protests in the UK to our campaigning with partners across the world, momentum is building. The time is now for decisive political action to tackle climate change and bring about justice for the world’s poorest people.
