How to use this online form
Starting this year, the returns form will be available to complete online only. This helps us to thank you more quickly, and it reduces printing, postage, and processing costs — meaning even more of the funds you raise can go directly to our partners and the projects they deliver.
You only need to complete a form if you meet one or more of the conditions listed below. Each form is processed manually by our team here in Warrington over the summer months, so reducing unnecessary submissions really does make a meaningful difference.
- If the fundraising was undertaken as a collection of churches (e.g. a Christian Aid Group, Churches Together, or even if it was in collaboration with only one other church).
- If you undertook ‘House-to-House’ fundraising, whether this was the only form of fundraising or in addition to any other form of fundraising e.g. book sale, coffee morning, church collection. (There is no need to complete a Form A if donations were collected from distributing ‘Delivery Only’ envelopes in your community.)
- If you’re based in Scotland and undertook a public street, station, or supermarket collection.
There is no need to include in the form any donations raised via digital platforms (like JustGiving or our digital fundraising platform) as we receive those details automatically.
Once you have submitted your form, please return all paperwork (like charity vouchers and Gift Aid declarations) in the pre-paid returns envelope included in your Paying-In Pack. You should have received this with the Christian Aid Week resources you ordered. However, you can also order a Paying-In Pack through contacting us on 08080 005 005 or christianaid@elovate.co.uk, or ordering online via our website caw.christianaid.org.uk.

Following Christian Aid Week, we receive a high volume of these forms, and each one is carefully processed by our team in Warrington. Because of this, it may take a few weeks for us to process your form and send your acknowledgment. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding whilst you wait.
