Photos: Living with HIV in Myanmar

In last year’s speech for World Day of Social Justice, UN Secretary-General, Ban Ki-Moon said: ‘we must do more to ensure the voices of the poor and marginalised are heard.’

This is an ethos that the Positive Living Centre project in Myanmar is putting into practice. It reaches out to people living with HIV who have been forced from their homes by conflict and are living in camps. It gives them the space and a voice to build their confidence, offering counselling and health education.
