Israel’s separation barrier, now nearing completion, also makes it almost impossible for Palestinians to visit the six main Palestinian hospitals in Jerusalem.
But some help is at hand in the form of our partner organisation, Physicians for Human Rights. PHR volunteer Israeli doctors and nurses are providing medical care to communities in the West Bank with little access to health services.
