Theology and climate change

The starting point of this report is the fact that climate change is above all a justice issue.

The people who are already suffering most from global warming are those who have done the least to cause it, and have the least to cause it, and have the least resources to do anything about it. So the basic question underlying the theological statements made here is not: 'Why should Christians care about the environment?' It is 'Why do Christians care about injustice?'
