Andrew Hogg is a former news editor of the Sunday Times and Observer and was editor of The Sunday Times Insight investigative unit. He was also that paper’s Africa correspondent and Middle East correspondent. Before working at Christian Aid he was head of press at the Medical Foundation for the Care of Victims of Torture.

Media and digital outreach officer Emma Wigley

Emma Wigley, multimedia press officer

Emma Wigley specialises in digital storytelling. She is responsible for producing and placing Christian Aid’s digital media content.

In 2012 she co-produced Big River Rising, an interactive documentary about a poor community in the Philippines who are embracing scientific solutions to fight frequent flooding.

In 2011 she worked with Magnum Photos to produce ‘Stigma Under The Lens’, a series of audio slideshows about the global stigma of HIV. Both projects were shortlisted for a One World Media Award.

Previously working in PR and events, Emma has produced climate change exhibitions for Grand Designs Live, The Eden Project and The Royal Show. She also spent a year with Tipping Point Film Fund as their Communications Manager, and has travelled extensively in Africa and Asia.
