Long-term partnerships and cooperation are at the heart of Christian Aid’s work.
Established in 1945 by the churches in the UK and Ireland, our continuing partnership and long-term relationships with churches are vital to our work to raise awareness of the scale and scandal of poverty and to raise money to bring the change we all want to see.
Partnerships in the UK are echoed in our work with poor communities – where Christian Aid’s ability to bring change, hope and opportunity is based in long-term relationships with local organisations who really understand what is needed to change lives in lasting ways.
We regularly meet people who have been supporting these partnerships through house-to-house collecting, campaigning and organising for much of our 60-year history and who still want to play a part in the future of that work.
Their gifts – and your gift, if you choose to remember our work in your will - will sustain and nurture our work to eradicate poverty in the future.
Please consider whether after providing for family or friends, you too could leave a legacy of support for the long-term work with our partners.

I have been a longstanding supporter and feel that I can trust Christian Aid to use its funds in the best way possible
As a lifelong supporter it would be my final chance to change the world
I have supported Christian Aids work for more than half my life and would like to continue doing so when I die
