Music and justice

Gareth Davies Jones with guitarSinger-songwriter, campaigner and Christian Aid supporter Gareth Davies-Jones can help you deliver key Christian Aid messages in a variety of music-performance formats.

Using music as the hub, these enjoyable events help people approach the issues from a unique perspective. Songs of hope, justice, history and faith keep audiences informed, entertained and engaged.

Take your pick from a range of different ways to engage your community this Christian Aid Week, including:

  • Acoustic cafe: Run a relaxed cafe-style concert at your church, village hall or local venue to help people to interact with issues of aid and development.

  • Living Room Gig: Just that! A concert in the relaxed atmosphere of your own home. The intimate setting lends itself to a small group.

  • Alternative Morning or Evening Service: Run your service as a cafe-style event that features music and multi-media to explore the work of Christian Aid.

  • Themed Cafe Concerts: Combine a cafe-style concert with specific seasonal content: Easter, Harvest or Christmas.
