Service of Thanksgiving

Candles

Every two years Christian Aid holds a service to give thanks for the lives and support of people who have left a legacy for its work, and for those in whose memory gifts have been given.

It is a chance to celebrate the lives and faithfulness of those much loved and cherished, and whose passion for justice has, through their passing, helped many escape poverty.

All across the UK can join in remembering the lives and inspirations of others through live streaming.

Our Chair, Dr Rowan Williams, will be preaching at this year's service, which will be held

on: Tuesday 8 November, 6.30pm

at: King's College Chapel, London

and will be streamed live online to enable those across the UK to join in this act of remembrance.

See our legacy page for more information and register to receive a link to watch the service.
