Gaza Exhibition in Hackney

Clapton Park United Reformed Church is hosting 'Through Young Eyes', a series of drawings by Palestinian teenagers who lived through the Israel Gaza conflict in the Gaza Strip of summer 2014.

The young artists participated in a project run by Christian Aid partner Culture and Free Thought Association (CFTA), an organisation which provides therapeutic activities for children and young people.

The drawings will be on display at the church for a fortnight and Christian Aid’s Middle East Programme Officer Julie Mehigan will be speaking at an evening event where the pictures will be on view on 15 January.
