Exciting opportunity to be part of the East Midlands team!

Photo of the new East Midlands team

Flawless attention to detail and a positive, proactive approach? If this sounds like you, then why not apply to be our regional administrator in the East Midlands office?

Your work will enable our busy team to resource and inspire volunteers, churches and Christian Aid groups across Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. You’ll be the first point of contact for supporters and will build relationships with key volunteers.

Requirements and skills

With GCSEs (or equivalent), including maths and English, you’ve succeeded in a previous administrative position. You’re friendly and attentive, with an unwavering customer focus, and you enjoy working with the general public.

Working well under pressure remains a main priority of yours – especially when gathering information and conveying it in a clear, concise manner.

You will:

- process our income and expenditure

- keep accurate records on our database

- manage levels of stock and resources

- minute meetings

- ensure our high standards and procedures are adhered to.

An awareness of church networks and volunteers, and the geography of the surrounding area, would be an advantage.

Questions to show suitability for post

Strive for improvement: please tell us about a time when you took steps to improve the service being provided to a client/customer/supporter.

Delivering results: please tell us about a time when you were particularly conscious of the quality of your work and how you ensured it met the standards required.
