British Military Fitness Runs

Christian Aid has places in this years British Military Fitness runs in England and Scotland.

Running uphill through mud.
Far more fun than it sounds!

There are 5k and 10k runs taking place in Redhill, Surrey (25 October) and the Pentland Hills just south of Edinburgh
(1 November).

Race for pride

Whether you go for the abridged or the full-on option, youll be racing through mud and water, over hills and fields, and through woodland - and even a swimming pool (dont worry, its empty!).

With the events stress on military-style motivation, expect plenty of shouting, too!

As the organisers clearly state: There are no medals. This is a British Military Fitness run you race for pride!
