One of our key partners in Pakistan is Church World Service-Pakistan/Afghanistan (CWS-P/A). It was established in 1954, and has a long history of working alongside the country's poorest and remotest communities.
In this video, CWS-P/A director Marvin Parvez explains the impact of the organisation's work after the 2010 floods, and thanks supporters in the UK and Ireland for their generous donations.
Poignantly, he speaks about the value that even the smallest relief item has – such as a blanket – in saving lives and bringing about change after a disaster.
