Typhoon Haiyan

Thanks to the money you raised, our partners were able to provide assistance to families whose homes were destroyed by Typhoon Haiyan which struck the Philippines in November 2013.

Although 170,000 people are still living in camps, Christian Aid partners have so far built 511 new earthquake-resistant houses in the countryside for those who lost theirs. Gabriella has received one of these, built by partner GARR.
