Emergencies - areas of concern

Christian Aid works around the world through partners on the ground who are able to respond as disasters and crises happen.

These are some of the emergencies we are currently monitoring and responding to:

Early rains in Juba caused flooding in the UN Tomping displacement site which hosts over 20,000 conflict-displaced people, destroying hundreds of shelters and exacerbating already difficult living conditions.

Crisis in South Sudan

An estimated seven million people are at risk of severe food insecurity in South Sudan and there could be a famine by 2015.

Flooding in Bolivia
