Changing your Twitter picture
Right click on the image to save it to your desktop or other memorable area. Log in to Twitter, then click on the Settings link in the top right corner of the page, and then on the Profile link in the settings page. Click on 'Change image', and select ca_po_twitter.gif from the desktop or area where you saved the image.
Changing your Facebook picture
Right click on the image to save it to your desktop or other memorable area. Log in to Facebook, and in the top left corner of your page, there should be an Edit My profile link. Click on this, and on the next page will be a link down the left hand side which says 'Change my Profile picture'. Click on this, select the image you've just saved, and Facebook will automatically update your profile picture. Click on My Profile to see the image on your page.
