Africa speaks out on tax dodging

Super quick blog entry for this afternoon! We were drawn to an article online today which indicates that five African nations are going to look into the operations of SABMiller.

This follows a report by Action Aid, which accused SABMiller of 'dodging an estimated $31 million (R206m) of taxes in Africa and India every year'.

This is hugely encouraging for the work being done to end tax dodging as it reflects poor countries increasing confidence in speaking out and taking action against tax dodging by companies.
