Tax Bus hits the road at Greenbelt

By Luke Harman | 30 August 2012

Over the bank holiday weekend, in wet and windy conditions at Greenbelt festival, our Tax Justice Tour got underway.

Despite the mud hundreds of people visited the Tax Bus and took our new Tick for Tax Justice action, calling on David Cameron to end financial secrecy so that tax dodgers have nowhere to hide.

Suzanne Matale from the Zambian Council of Churches was with us to provide the voice of Zambians to the tax justice movement.

'This global campaign requires a concerted effort to ensure that all of us work towards tax justice in the world,' she said.

'Because tax dodging is creating poverty, especially in developing countries.'
